Shopify announced that U.S. merchants can now create USPS return labels for domestic orders and send them to their customers from within any order page on Shopify.
Merchants who have connected their UPS accounts to Shopify can also create UPS return labels using their negotiated account rates.
Once created, merchants can email the label directly to customers, which should facilitate faster returns.
The email template for the returns label is fully customizable and they will not charge merchants for the return label until it is actually used.
Once the return shipment is received by the merchant, the final cost of the shipment will be added to the merchant’s monthly bill.
