New Adobe and Magento Integration to Boost Personalised Experience

Magento Adobe

High customer expectations inspire tech companies like Adobe to develop an all-in-one solution that suits the varying needs of every business.

To help retailers of all sizes create personalized customer experiences, the software company announced at the MagentoLive Europe conference the integration of Magento Commerce Cloud into Adobe Experience Cloud.

That means users of Magento Commerce Cloud can now access Adobe’s marketing tools as well as analytics and personalization tools to analyze customers’ data and determine how to deliver their expectations.

“Consumers expect every interaction with a brand to be contextual, intuitive and meaningful, but companies have struggled to consistently deliver personalized experiences across the myriad of touchpoints. The innovations we are bringing to market enable companies of all sizes and across industries to make every experience shoppable.” – Mark Lavelle, Senior Vice President of Commerce at Adobe, and former CEO of Magento

Brands compete on the quality of customer experience

According to Adobe, the competition between brands these days is on the quality of experience that they offer a customer throughout their journey, whether online or offline.

The company is positive the analytics and personalization tools in Adobe Experience Cloud and Magento Commerce Cloud will enable businesses to achieve the following:

  • Create highly engaging shopping experiences across every touchpoint throughout the customer journey
  • Personalize every experience through the use of Adobe’s AI and machine learning technology
  • Anticipate customer needs using Adobe Analytics, which proactively monitors and analyzes customer data to predict future customer behaviors and detect potential challenges

“The integration of Magento Commerce Cloud into Adobe Experience Cloud is a game changer for Adobe’s and Magento’s joint customers. With rapid change occurring in the digital commerce market right now, organizations of all shapes and sizes need to seriously consider how to deliver the most engaging and frictionless commerce experiences to their customers.” – Jordan Jewell, Senior Research Analyst, IDC
