Etsy announced they began rolling out its new Etsy Plus plans to select sellers. As we detailed in a previous story about Etsy fee increases, Etsy Plus appears to look a lot like eBay store subscriptions.
The company says that all sellers should have access to Etsy Plus by the end of July.
In short, Etsy Plus gives sellers access to advanced features to help you express their unique brand.
They have some similarities to eBay’s store function as Etsy Plus enables sellers to create custom a custom landing page (de facto a shop) that curates all of their listings. It is even possible to assign a domain name to a seller’s Etsy Plus shop.
Etsy says that Etsy Plus will show up in the Shop Manager section where are a new “Your subscription” area under “Settings” will become available when actives on a seller’s account.
Here is a YouTube video the company produced to explain Etsy Plus.
