One place to sell and get paid: manage all your selling and payments needs from within your eBay account.

  • Simpler bills: all your fees in one place on your eBay bill.
  • Consolidated pricing: all your fees in one place on one bill, plus special pricing for early opt-in.
  • Daily payouts: direct to your bank account. No need to transfer funds between accounts.
  • New ways for buyers to pay: such as mobile payments with Apple Pay.
  • Better protection: claim and chargeback seller protections provided by eBay, with one place to manage disputes.
  • More control: accept your exclusive invitation now to get a head start on adapting your business to selling and getting paid on eBay.

eBay is offering special pricing for early opt-in, but makes no comment how long this discount will last.

The invitation appears to be earlier than anticipated, but it also missing some key information such as pricing.

It appears that only U.S. sellers received this invitation. The master agreement eBay has with PayPal is for only two countries to be included in the first wave.

Looks like we will have to wait a bit longer to find out which will be the second country included in the new eBay Payments program.

eBay’s new Payment platform is powered by Adyen and will eventually replace PayPal as the default payment processor on eBay.

However, eBay sellers will still be able to offer PayPal as payment method once the transition is complete.
