Fraud protection provider ClearSale and global research and advisory firm Aite Group will host a webinar, False Declines in the Age of E-Commerce: Everything Merchants Need to Know, on Oct. 10, 2019, at 2 p.m. Eastern time.

In the webinar, Aite Group Research Director Julie Conroy, ClearSale EVP Rafael Lourenco, and ClearSale SVP of Sales David Fletcher will present insights from Aite Group’s new ClearSale-sponsored report, “The E-Commerce Conundrum: Balancing False Declines and Fraud Prevention.”

The report is based on a study of 100 US-based ecommerce executives whose companies earn annual revenues between $100 million and just under $1 billion.

Webinar attendees will learn the latest information on the growth of CNP fraud and falsely declined orders in e-commerce, the impact of false declines on customer behavior and strategies for reducing fraud and false declines.

“In ecommerce, merchants must balance customer demand for easy, fast transactions with their own need to prevent fraud and avoid declining good orders. In the webinar, we’ll highlight data from the report that shows the scope of the CNP fraud and false decline problem. We’ll also talk about strategies for balancing fraud prevention and customer experience—an approach that ClearSale is committed to.”
