Visa Checkout stores customers’ payment and address information and enables enrolled users to checkout in just a few clicks. The service already has over 28 million users that routinely shop online with Visa Checkout.

Visa Checkout is a trusted brand and the company states that Visa Checkout has helped to reduce checkout friction.

In a study published by Visa, Visa Checkout enrolled customers completed 86 percent of transactions from the shopping cart.

Compare this number to the typical conversion rate of 51 percent using other checkout methods, and there is a good case to add Visa Checkout to your online store.

The company claims that its technology reduces fraudulent transactions by as much as 81 percent over non-Visa Checkout payment methods.

Eligible BigCommerce merchants in the U.S. can now activate Visa Checkout through their control panel. The company launched a landing page to provide more details for BigCommerce merchants interested to sign up for Visa Checkout.
